Since 1999 the company Hallo Familie GmbH & Co, headquartered in Oldenburg and Berlin, has been providing child care for families searching for babysitters and (day) nannies. Hallo Babysitter offers one of the largest databases of child carers in the World: The user can access a database with more than 50,000 listed babysitters and childminders.

The portal is provided as a white label solution in the individual design of each partner, as can be seen on the „baby“-portal of the newspaper Nord-West-Zeitung. Alternatively, an integration via access to the database of HalloBabysitter.de is possible. Data are, for example, delivered via the job market of Quoka.de and then fed into the entire database of babysitting job ads and classified ads.

The potential partnership is free of charge and based on the win-win approach.

Implications of a white label portal These portals exist in the internet with the look and feel of the publisher and under its logo, and are known as white label portals. Through these means the publisher can hugely increase its range of services without having to take on the costs of setting up such a portal and without being burdened with the further costs of running and updating it. The PI’s and visits flow into the IVW statistics of the partner publisher. The advertising space is also at its disposal.
